Netherlands Stocks Close Lower
Investing.com – Netherlands stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financials, Technology, and Industrials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Amsterdam, the AEX fell 0.39% to hit a new 3-month low.
Best Performers
The best performers of the session on the AEX were:
– DSM Firmenich AG (AS:DSFIR): rose 1.37% or 1.40 points to trade at 103.85.
– Koninklijke KPN NV (AS:KPN): added 0.65% or 0.02 points to end at 3.57.
– Unilever PLC (AS:ULVR): up 0.15% or 0.08 points to 54.62.
Worst Performers
The worst performers of the session were:
– Aegon Ltd (AS:AEGN): fell 2.61% or 0.16 points to trade at 5.97.
– BE Semiconductor Industries NV (AS:BESI): declined 2.53% or 2.80 points to end at 107.75.
– NN Group NV (AS:NN): down 2.20% or 1.01 points to 44.83.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange by 76 to 28, with 8 ending unchanged.
The AEX Volatility, which measures the implied volatility of AEX options, was unchanged at 21.09.

- Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.20% or 0.14 to $69.03 a barrel.
- Brent oil for January fell 0.25% or 0.18 to hit $73.12 a barrel.
- December Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 17.20 to trade at $2,631.80 a troy ounce.

- EUR/USD was unchanged at 1.06.
- EUR/GBP was unchanged at 0.84.
- The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.04% at 106.15.
