Michael Saylor’s Insights on Bitcoin
Michael Saylor, a vocal Bitcoin evangelist, recently addressed his millions of followers on X via a tweet. He shared a video of his presentation at the Bitcoin Policy Institute, highlighting the significance of Donald Trump’s approval of the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve (SBR) for the future prosperity of the United States.
Senator Cynthia Lummis, who initially proposed the creation of the SBR, attended the meeting and sat next to Saylor during his speech.
The Importance of SBR for the USA’s Future
Saylor emphasized the crucial role of the Bitcoin reserve in ensuring the United States’ digital supremacy in the 21st century. He discussed how Bitcoin is vital for the nation’s prosperity and how the SBR can help America become a global Bitcoin superpower.

In his presentation, he described Bitcoin as digital property and the most powerful asset ever created. He compared BTC to the land under Manhattan, suggesting that if a family had owned that land for the past century, they would have utilized it differently rather than selling it. Saylor argued that the same principles apply to Bitcoin, contrasting it with other valuable assets locked away.
Furthermore, he predicted that online banking would increasingly rely on the Bitcoin network for security and financial transactions.
Bitcoin’s Potential Economic Impact
Saylor forecasts that by 2045, the U.S. could generate over $10 trillion annually from renting, developing, and financing the Bitcoin held within its SBR. He suggested that the upcoming artificial intelligence economy, which could replace the current economy in the next two decades, will be valued at over $100 trillion and underpinned by digital property like Bitcoin.
He referenced Elon Musk’s assertion that no artificial intelligence can hack Bitcoin, reinforcing the security of its cryptographic design. Saylor also noted the rapid growth of Bitcoin’s market capitalization, predicting it will one day surpass industry giants such as Google, Microsoft, and gold.
