1inch and Linea Partnership

1inch has teamed up with Linea in a mutually beneficial partnership, enhancing liquidity for 1inch users and improving swap rates on DEXes for Linea.

1inch, a decentralized exchange aggregator powering 100 million trades and $500 billion in volume, has partnered with Linea, a fast and low-cost zkEVM layer 2 blockchain developed by ConsenSys.

The new partnership will give 1inch users access to liquidity from decentralized exchanges built on Linea, offering up to 16.6x lower transaction fees and 6x faster processing speed compared to Ethereum (ETH).

Benefits for Linea Users

Linea users will enjoy better swap rates across various decentralized exchanges and advanced trading tools. The partnership also provides Linea’s users full access to 1inch’s swap solutions, especially its Advanced Mode. This mode allows users to make swaps at competitive rates without needing native tokens for gas fees and prevents front-running (MEV) attacks. This solution was honored as the “Most Exciting DeFi Solution” at the INATBA Awards Gala in January 2025 in Brussels.

Strategic Collaborations

For 1inch, the partnership with Linea is another step in a series of strategic collaborations with both layer 1 and layer 2 blockchains, aimed at offering faster transactions and reduced fees. Notably, 1inch has previously integrated with Polygon and Binance Smart Chain.

For Linea, collaborating with 1inch supports its efforts to expand DeFi offerings through strategic partnerships, such as introducing centralized exchange liquidity with Lumia and incorporating swap solutions from PancakeSwap.
