U.S. Approves Sale of MH-60R Seahawk Helicopters to India

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. State Department has approved the potential sale of equipment and follow-on support for MH-60R Seahawk helicopters to India for an estimated cost of $1.17 billion, the Pentagon announced on Monday.

The principal contractor for this deal will be Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT), according to the Pentagon's statement.
