Turkey Stock Market Update

Turkey stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, with losses in the Food & Beverages, Information Technology, and Telecoms sectors leading shares lower.

At the close in Istanbul, the BIST 100 declined 0.52%, reaching a new six-month low.

• Tofas Turk Otomobil Fabrikasi AS (IS:TOASO): +3.73% (up 6.70 points to 186.50)
• Aselsan Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AS (IS:ASELS): +2.60% (up 1.65 points to 65.15)

Worst Performers

• Reeder Teknoloji Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS (IS:REEDR): -9.96% (down 2.18 points to 19.70)
• Coca-Cola Icecek AS (IS:CCOLA): -7.05% (down 3.42 points to 45.12)
• Agrotech Yuksek Teknoloji ve Yatirim AS (IS:AGROT): -6.03% (down 0.82 points to 12.77)

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Istanbul Stock Exchange by 295 to 257, with 27 remaining unchanged.

Shares in Reeder Teknoloji Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS hit a 52-week low, down 9.96% to 19.70.
