Taiwan Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Taiwan stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Electricity and Plastic sectors led shares downward.

Commodity Prices

• Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.19% or 0.85 to $70.44 a barrel.

• The February Gold Futures contract fell 0.15% or 3.90 to trade at $2,671.90 a troy ounce.

Currency Exchange

• USD/TWD was down 0.10% to 32.48.
• TWD/CNY unchanged at 0.22.
• The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 106.50.
