Saudi Arabia Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks declined after the close on Monday, led by losses in the Agriculture & Food, Insurance, and Media & Publishing sectors.

At the close, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.37%.

  • CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8240): +5.39% (2.15 points) to 42.05
  • Tourism Enterprise Co. (TADAWUL:4170): +5.21% (0.05 points) to 1.01

Worst Performers

  • Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (TADAWUL:8210): -5.82% (12.80 points) to 207.20
  • Saudi Fisheries Co. (TADAWUL:6050): -4.43% (1.35 points) to 29.15
  • Savola Group (TADAWUL:2050): -3.74% (1.05 points) to 27.00

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange, with 181 losses, 111 gains, and 16 unchanged.

Shares in Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC hit 52-week highs, up 10.00% or 0.02 to 0.22. Shares in Tourism Enterprise Co. also reached 52-week highs, up 5.21% or 0.05 to 1.01.

Commodities Update

Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.32% or 0.22 to $68.40 a barrel. Brent oil for December rose 0.31% or 0.22 to $71.76 a barrel. Meanwhile, December Gold Futures decreased 0.40% or 10.70 to $2,657.40 a troy ounce.

Currency exchange rates:
EUR/SAR: up 0.28% to 4.20
USD/SAR: unchanged at 3.75

The US Dollar Index Futures remained unchanged at 100.11.
