Morocco Stock Market Update
Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Forestry & Paper, Utilities, and Construction & Building Materials sectors pulled shares down.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares lost 0.38%.
Best Performers
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were:
– Cartier Saada (CSE:CRS): rose 9.98% or 3.04 points to close at 33.50.
– Ste de Travaux de Realisation d’Ouvrages et de Constuction Industielle SA (CSE:STR): gained 6.58% or 3.89 points to finish at 62.99.
– Hps (CSE:HPS): increased 5.85% or 31.00 points to end the day at 561.00.
Worst Performers
The worst performers of the session were:
– Sanlam Maroc SA (CSE:SAH): fell 5.89% or 119.00 points to trade at 1,900.00.
– Agma Lahlou-Tazi (CSE:AGM): declined 5.42% or 367.00 points to close at 6,400.00.
– Involys (CSE:INV): down 4.29% or 4.80 points, ending the day at 107.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 32 to 19, with 7 ending unchanged.
Shares in Ste de Travaux de Realisation d’Ouvrages et de Constuction Industielle SA (CSE:STR) reached 52-week highs, gaining 6.58% or 3.89 to finish at 62.99.
Commodity Prices
- Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.47% or 1.14 to $76.28 a barrel.
- Brent oil for November delivery fell 1.34% or 1.08 to $79.28 a barrel.
- December Gold Futures contract went down 0.16% or 4.05 to trade at $2,551.15 a troy ounce.

- The US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.13% at 100.61.
