Mexico Stock Market Report
Investing.com – Mexico stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, with losses in the Industrials, Consumer Goods & Services, and Consumer Staples sectors leading to declines.
At the close in Mexico, the S&P/BMV IPC fell 0.86%.
Best Performers
The best performers of the session on the S&P/BMV IPC were:
– Genomma Lab Internacional SAB De CV (BMV:LABB): up 5.78% or 1.22 points to trade at 22.34.
– GCC SAB de CV (BMV:GCC): up 3.65% or 5.59 points to end at 158.94.

Shares in Genomma Lab Internacional SAB De CV rose to 52-week highs, increasing 5.78% or 1.22 to 22.34.
Commodities
- Gold Futures for December delivery were up 0.16% or 4.40 to $2,681.40 a troy ounce.
- In commodities trading, Crude oil for November fell 2.40% or 1.72 to hit $69.84 a barrel, while the December Brent oil contract rose 0.18% or 0.13 to trade at $73.19 a barrel.
Currency Exchange
- USD/MXN was up 0.10% to 19.64.
- EUR/MXN remained unchanged at 21.86.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.48% at 100.64.
