Mercedes-Benz Management Board Reshuffle
(Reuters) – German carmaker Mercedes-Benz (OTC:MBGAF) will reshuffle its management board with four new members, effective in 2025.
Departures:
– Sabine Kohleisen
– Renata Jungo Bruengger (Integrity, Governance, and Sustainability)
– Hubertus Troska (Greater China)
Their contracts are expiring.
New Members:
– Olaf Schick, current CFO of Continental, joining on October 1, 2025.
– Mathias Geisen, Head of Mercedes-Benz Vans.
– Oliver Thoene, Head of Product Strategy and Steering.
Positions:
– Britta Seeger, replacing Sabine Kohleisen as Human Relations and Labour Director.
These changes aim to strengthen the leadership as the company evolves.
