JPMorgan Hires New M&A Heads
LONDON (Reuters) – JPMorgan has hired Rumesh Rajendram from Deutsche Bank as head of consumer and retail M&A for EMEA, according to a staff memo distributed on Thursday.
Rajendram will be based in London and will report to Dwayne Lysaght and Cassander Verwey, co-heads of M&A in EMEA. Before Deutsche Bank, Rajendram spent nearly 16 years at Credit Suisse.
JPMorgan has also appointed Hiten Davda as managing director for a new role in M&A capital markets. He will also be based in London and report to Darren Novak, co-head of JPMorgan's activism defence group.
