Revenue of $236.2 million surpassed expectations, leading to raised guidance that impressed investors. BMO Capital praised the company’s organic demand and raised its target price to $72, maintaining an Outperform rating.

Marvell Technology

Marvell Technology shares jumped by 23.2% post-earnings, reporting a Q3 EPS of $0.43, exceeding analyst estimates. Revenue for the quarter also exceeded expectations at $1.52 billion. Looking forward, Marvell anticipates a Q4 2025 EPS of $0.59 and revenue of approximately $1.8 billion. Goldman Sachs raised its price target for Marvell to $115, citing the company's continued growth in key areas like AI infrastructure, essential for custom cloud applications.
