Honda SUV Recall
(Reuters) – The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced on Thursday that Honda (NYSE:HMC) will recall approximately 205,760 SUVs in the United States due to a fuel leak issue.
Affected Models
The recall affects certain Passport and Pilot vehicles from model years 2023-2025.
Issue Details
The filler neck tube and pipe might separate, potentially allowing fuel to leak in the impacted models, according to the U.S. auto safety regulator.
Dealer Inspection
The NHTSA stated that dealers will inspect and repair the fuel filler neck tube and pipe as necessary at no cost to vehicle owners.
