Finland Stock Market Update
Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Friday, with losses in the Oil & Gas, Financials, and Telecoms sectors leading shares downward.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 fell 0.02%, hitting a new 52-week low.
Best Performers
The best performers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were:
– Kojamo (HE:KOJAMO): rose 2.83% or 0.26 points to trade at 9.27.
– Metsa Board Oyj B (HE:METSB): added 2.56% or 0.10 points to end at 4.09.
– Stora Enso Oyj R (HE:STERV): was up 2.28% or 0.21 points to 9.33 in late trade.
Worst Performers
The worst performers of the session were:
– Nordea Bank Abp (HE:NDAFI): fell 2.20% or 0.23 points to trade at 10.23.
– Outokumpu Oyj (HE:OUT1V): declined 2.04% or 0.06 points to end at 2.79.

Shares in Outokumpu Oyj fell to 3-year lows, down 2.04% or 0.06 to 2.79. Shares in Neste Oyj fell to 5-year lows, down 2.01% or 0.23 to 11.23.
Commodity Prices
- Brent oil for February delivery was down 0.12% or 0.09 to $72.79 a barrel.
- Crude oil for January delivery fell 1.76% or 1.24 to $69.34 a barrel.
- February Gold Futures contract rose 1.38% or 35.96 to trade at $2,644.06 a troy ounce.
Currency Update
- EUR/USD rose 0.65% to 1.04.
- EUR/GBP remained unchanged at 0.83.
- The US Dollar Index Futures dropped 0.63% to 107.47.
