Flight Cancellations Due to Middle East Tensions

Concerns over a wider conflict in the Middle East have prompted international airlines to suspend flights to the region or to avoid affected air space.

• Cancelled flights to/from Beirut until Dec. 17.
• Cancelled flights to/from Tel Aviv until Dec. 2.

AIR ALGERIE

• Suspended flights to/from Lebanon until further notice.

AIRBALTIC

• Cancelled flights to/from Tel Aviv until Dec. 21.

AIR FRANCE-KLM

• Extended suspension of Paris-Tel Aviv flights until Dec. 3.
• Extended suspension of Paris-Beirut flights until Jan. 5.
• KLM suspended flights to Tel Aviv until year-end.
• Transavia cancelled flights to/from Tel Aviv, Amman, and Beirut until end-March.

AIR INDIA

• Suspended flights to/from Tel Aviv until further notice.

BULGARIA AIR

• Cancelled flights to/from Israel until Dec. 23.

CATHAY PACIFIC

• Cancelled flights to Tel Aviv until Oct. 25, 2025.

COREDON AIRLINES

• Cancelled flights to/from Tel Aviv until January.

DELTA AIR LINES

• Paused flights between New York and Tel Aviv through March 2025.

EASYJET

• Suspended flights to/from Tel Aviv until March.

EGYPTAIR

• Suspended flights to Beirut until stability returns.

EMIRATES

• Cancelled flights to Beirut and Baghdad until Nov. 30.

ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES

• Suspended flights to Beirut until further notice.

FLYDUBAI

• Suspended flights between Dubai and Beirut; flights to Iraq and Iran remain operational.

IAG

• British Airways suspended flights to Tel Aviv until March 2025.
• Iberia Express cancelled flights to Tel Aviv until Nov. 30.
• Vueling cancelled flights to Tel Aviv until Jan. 12 and to Amman until further notice.

IRAN AIR

• Cancelled flights to/from Beirut until further notice.

IRAQI AIRWAYS

• Suspended flights to Beirut until further notice.

ITA AIRWAYS

• Extended suspension of Tel Aviv flights through Jan. 12.

LOT

• Cancelled flights to Tel Aviv until Dec. 9.
• First flight to Beirut planned for April 1.

LUFTHANSA GROUP

• Extended suspension of flights to Tel Aviv until Dec. 31.
• Swiss cancelled flights to Tel Aviv until Dec. 15; Tehran flights until Jan. 31, 2025; Beirut flights until Jan. 18.
• SunExpress suspended flights to Beirut through Dec. 17.

PEGASUS

• Cancelled flights to Beirut until Nov. 30.

QATAR AIRWAYS

• Temporarily suspended flights to/from Iran and Lebanon.

RYANAIR

• Cancelled flights to/from Tel Aviv until end of December; likely extension until end-March.

SUNDAIR

• Cancelled flights to Beirut from various locations until February and March.

TAROM

• Suspended Beirut flights until Nov. 15.

UNITED AIRLINES
