CUDIS Secures $5 Million in Funding

The web3 AI wellness company CUDIS raised $5 million in funding led by Draper Associates, the early-stage venture capital firm founded by Tim Draper.

Other participants in the round included Skybridge, Penrose, SNZ, Mozaik, NGC, Foresight Ventures, OGBC, Monke Ventures, DraperDragon, Block Patch, Trinito, Render Network's Kalin, Dimo's Andrew Chatham, Solana Foundation's Adam Jin, and others, according to a release shared with The Block.

CUDIS develops a wearable ring for monitoring health metrics, allowing users to access their health data via the Solana blockchain and earn passive rewards through participation. The rings also include an AI coach that provides tailored wellness advice based on users' biometric data.

CUDIS plans to use the funding to further enhance its AI coach and gamification features and strengthen its decentralized infrastructure, as stated in the release.

> "CUDIS is setting a new benchmark in wellness by leveraging technology to prioritize consumer needs,” Draper said. "This innovative approach could redefine how we engage with our health and wellness."
