Dell Technologies and Iron Bow Technologies Settle Overcharging Allegations

WASHINGTON – Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL) and Iron Bow Technologies have agreed to pay over $2 million each to resolve allegations of overcharging the U.S. Army on a computing contract, according to the Justice Department.
- Dell's Settlement: $2.3 million
- Iron Bow's Settlement: $2.05 million
The allegations state that both companies violated the False Claims Act by submitting non-competitive bids to the Army, leading to overcharges under the Army Desktop and Mobile Computing contract.
