Computacenter Plc Sees Shares Drop
Shares in Computacenter Plc (LON:CCC) fell over 4% on Monday following the sudden departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Christian Jehle.
Jehle stepped down as CFO and Executive Director of the Board by mutual agreement, effective immediately, as stated by the FTSE 250-listed technology and services provider.
Joining Computacenter in 2020, Jehle will remain with the company until the end of 2024 to ensure a smooth transition. During this period, his responsibilities will be managed by the broader finance team alongside existing executive management. The company’s Nomination Committee will begin the search for a successor.
Remuneration arrangements confirm that Jehle will continue to receive his salary, pension, and benefits until his formal departure on December 31, 2024. He will also qualify for an annual bonus in 2024, based on performance targets. However, his longer-term incentive awards for 2023 and 2024 under the Performance Share Plan will lapse at the end of next year.
Computacenter assured stakeholders that further details regarding Jehle's compensation would be available on its website and in the 2024 Annual Report.
