Chipotle Mexican Grill Appoints New CFO

(Reuters) – Chipotle Mexican Grill announced the appointment of Adam Rymer as its new Chief Financial Officer starting October 1.

Rymer, a 15-year veteran of Chipotle (NYSE:CMG), previously held the position of Vice President of Finance.

He will report directly to Interim CEO Scott Boatwright.

In addition, the company stated that Jack Hartung, the former Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, will take on the role of President and Chief Strategy Officer starting in October to support Boatwright on an indefinite basis.
