China Imposes Sanctions on U.S. Firms
BEIJING (Reuters) – China's foreign ministry announced on Thursday that it has imposed sanctions on three U.S. military-linked firms and 10 senior executives in response to U.S. weapons sales to Taiwan.
The firms affected include:
– Edge Autonomy Operations LLC
– Huntingdon Ingalls Industries Inc
– Skydio Inc
These sanctions took effect on Thursday and will freeze any property these firms have within China, according to the foreign ministry's statement.
