(Reuters) – Chevron Corp (NYSE:CVX) announced on Monday the evacuation of nonessential personnel from its Gulf of Mexico facilities due to a tropical disturbance.

The company confirmed that there has been no impact on production at these platforms resulting from the tropical weather.
