Brazil Stock Market Overview
Investing.com – Brazil stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, with losses in the Electric Power, Real Estate, and Consumption sectors leading shares down.
At the close in Sao Paulo, the Bovespa fell 1.09%, hitting a new 6-month low.

– Azul SA Pref (BVMF:AZUL4): declined 9.34% or 0.34 points ending at 3.30.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the B3 Stock Exchange.
Shares in Automob Participações SA fell to all-time lows, dropping 19.05% to 0.34. Azul SA Pref also fell to all-time lows, down 9.34% to 3.30.

The CBOE Brazil ETF Volatility, which measures the implied volatility of Bovespa options, decreased 4.00% to 34.58.

- Gold Futures for February delivery rose 0.20% or 5.30 to $2,633.50 a troy ounce.
- Crude Oil for February climbed 1.33% or 0.92 to $70.16 a barrel.
- US Coffee C contract for March rose 0.69% or 2.27 to trade at $329.52.
Currency Exchange Rates
- USD/BRL was unchanged at 6.19.
- EUR/BRL fell 0.09% to 6.44.
US Dollar Index
The US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.18% to 108.00.
