Brazil Stock Market Update
Investing.com – Brazil stocks rose after the close on Monday, driven by gains in the Real Estate, Consumption, and Public Utilities sectors.
At the close in Sao Paulo, the Bovespa gained 1.57%.

- Magazine Luiza SA (BVMF:MGLU3): Up 11.40% (1.01 points) to trade at 9.87.
- Cogna Educacao SA (BVMF:COGN3): Up 10.29% (0.14 points) to end at 1.50.
- Cvc Brasil ON (BVMF:CVCB3): Up 9.79% (0.19 points) to 2.13.
Worst Performers
- Azul SA Pref (BVMF:AZUL4): Down 4.33% (0.23 points) at 5.08.
- Hypera SA (BVMF:HYPE3): Down 2.68% (0.61 points) to 22.11.
- Braskem SA (BVMF:BRKM5): Down 0.87% (0.15 points) to 17.09.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the B3 Stock Exchange with 516 down to 459 up, and 50 unchanged.
The CBOE Brazil ETF Volatility, measuring implied volatility of Bovespa options, increased 4.40% to 35.15.

- Gold Futures (December delivery): Down 0.07% (1.80) to $2,747.40 a troy ounce.
- Crude Oil (December delivery): Up 3.09% (2.15) to $71.64 a barrel.
- US Coffee C (December contract): Up 1.15% (2.80) to $245.75.
Currency Exchange Rates
- USD/BRL: Down 1.36% to 5.79.
- EUR/BRL: Up 1.51% to 6.30.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.39% at 103.80.
