BMW Sales Decline in Q3
GDANSK (Reuters) – BMW (ETR:BMWG) reported a decline in sales for the third quarter, impacted by weak performance in China and delivery halts due to issues with the integrated braking system (IBS).
Group sales fell by 13% from July to September, totaling 540,882 units. In China, sales dropped by 29.8% to 147,691 units.
However, sales of fully battery-electric vehicles (BEV) increased by 10.1%, reaching 103,440 units.
