eBay increased 2% after its Board of Directors authorized an incremental $3.0 billion for the stock repurchase program, in addition to previously authorized amounts.
EVgo (NASDAQ:EVGO)
EVgo fell 15% after announcing that EVgo Holdings, LLC plans to offer 23,000,000 shares of Class A common stock in a public secondary offering. LS Power expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,450,000 shares. No Class A Shares are being sold by the Company, and all proceeds will go to LS Power.
Affirm Holdings (NASDAQ:AFRM)
Affirm announced its intent to offer, subject to market conditions, $750 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 in a private offering.
Mitek Systems (NASDAQ:MITK)
Mitek rose 18% after reporting Q4 EPS of $0.33, beating the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter was $43.2 million, exceeding the consensus estimate of $41.3 million.
