Saudi Arabia Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, with losses in the Industrial Investment, Real Estate Development, and Transport sectors leading shares down.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 1.58%.

Best Performers

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were:
Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130): up 7.14% or 0.02 points, trading at 0.30 at the close.
United Wire Factories Company (TADAWUL:1301): added 3.32% or 1.00 points to end at 31.10.
Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280): up 2.23% or 0.24 points, closing at 10.98.

Worst Performers

The worst performers of the session included:
Saudi Ceramic Co. (TADAWUL:2040): fell 7.26% or 2.25 points, trading at 28.75.
Al ELM Information Security Company CJSC (TADAWUL:7203): declined 6.79% or 75.60 points, ending at 1,038.00.
Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (TADAWUL:7201): down 6.76% or 0.50 points, closing at 6.90.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange 261 to 36, with 12 stocks ending unchanged.

Shares in Al Baha Investment and Development Company (TADAWUL:4130) and Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280) rose to 3-year highs.

Commodity Prices

  • Crude oil for November delivery rose 1.00% or 0.74, to $74.45 a barrel.
  • Brent oil for December delivery rose 0.67% or 0.52, reaching $78.14.
  • December Gold Futures fell 0.22% or 6.00, trading at $2,673.20 a troy ounce.

Currency Exchange Rates

  • EUR/SAR decreased 0.42% to 4.12.
  • USD/SAR remained unchanged at 3.76.

US Dollar Index Futures

  • The US Dollar Index Futures increased 0.52% to 102.28.
