Binance to Support ZKsync Era (ZK) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork
Binance has announced its support for the upcoming upgrade and hard fork of the ZKsync Era (ZK) network aimed at improving user experience.
To ensure smooth execution, the exchange will temporarily suspend token deposits and withdrawals on this network starting at 10:30 AM on October 20, 2025.
The upgrade and hard fork are set to occur around 11:30 AM. Binance confirmed that token transactions, including spot trading, will remain unaffected during this process.
The platform highlighted that all technical requirements for the network update will be automatically managed by Binance, meaning users do not need to take any action.
Deposits and withdrawals will reopen once the network upgrade is successfully completed and the system is stable, with no further announcements planned on this matter.
ZKsync Era is recognized as one of Ethereum’s Layer-2 scalability solutions, and these network upgrades are vital for facilitating faster and more cost-effective transactions.
