American financier and CEO of SkyBridge Capital, Bitcoin bull Anthony Scaramucci, discussed his recent informal meeting with crypto leader Michael Saylor.

Saylor Contributes to Scaramucci’s New Book

Scaramucci, founder and CEO of SkyBridge Capital, shared on his X account about his informal meeting with MicroStrategy cofounder Michael Saylor, a key figure in corporate Bitcoin support. Since August 2020, MicroStrategy has amassed around $8.3 billion worth of Bitcoin by using free cash reserves and selling specially issued convertible notes to investors. They effectively operate like a Bitcoin ETF before the SEC approved spot Bitcoin ETFs in January.

Scaramucci tweeted, “always great to spend time with the living legend @saylor,” thanking Saylor for writing a foreword for his new book, “The Little Book of Bitcoin,” although details remain undisclosed. A cover teaser reads: “What You Need to Know that Wall Street Has Already Figured Out.”

Global investor and Bitcoin supporter Dan Tapiero congratulated Scaramucci in a comment on the tweet. Previously, Scaramucci defended Saylor on X, calling him “the best explainer of Bitcoin” in the ecosystem.

Michael Saylor Expects Bitcoin to Soar

On CNBC’s Squawk Box, Saylor revealed that MicroStrategy’s Bitcoin strategy is outperforming all other S&P 500 companies in terms of share price increase. He noted that while the firm still produces software, the primary focus now is on Bitcoin and raising funds through convertible notes. Saylor predicted Bitcoin might reach $13 million in the next 21 years.
