Binance Hosts Bubblemaps TGE on PancakeSwap

Binance announced it will host Bubblemaps’ (BMT) Token Generation Event (TGE) on PancakeSwap.

BMT, the native token of Bubblemaps, serves as a governance and utility token, unlocking advanced analytical features within the platform.

Event Details

Users can participate via Binance Wallet on the BNB Smart Chain starting March 11, 2025, at 8:00 am UTC. The subscription cap is set at 3 BNB (approximately $1,645) per user, aimed at ensuring fair access.

The TGE is expected to raise $800,000 (denominated in BNB), with a total issuance of up to 40 million BMT tokens, representing 4% of total supply.

Participation Requirements

Participation requires users to have the Binance App updated to version 2.97.0 or above and to hold BNB on the BNB Smart Chain in a keyless Binance Wallet. Users without BNB can swap or deposit directly from their Binance Spot account. Following the announcement, BMT prices saw a modest increase.

Speculation on Listings

Some speculate that Binance’s involvement in the Bubblemaps TGE could lead to a possible listing on the platform, especially after similar occurrences with MyShell (SHELL). However, Binance is now allowing community votes on token listings, aiming for greater transparency while retaining some discretion.

Trading Notice

Trading for BMT will begin immediately after the subscription period, but Binance warns that any circulating BMT tokens before the official launch are fraudulent. Users are advised to verify the BMT contract before trading.

Data from Cryptorank.io indicates that the TGE follows Bubblemaps’ recent $3.2 million funding round led by INCE Capital, which aims to enhance its analytical capabilities and development.

Bubblemaps originally announced the BMT token launch in January as part of its integration plans for advanced tracking tools with Solana and other blockchains.
