Cryptocurrency Project Focus in the Solana Ecosystem
Cryptocurrency analytics firm Santiment has published an updated list of altcoin projects that developers are most focused on in the Solana ecosystem, notably influenced by the memecoin craze.
Despite a slight decrease in memecoin activity due to the general decline in the cryptocurrency market, the Solana network continues to witness thousands of daily memecoin launches, although recent statistics from PumpFun indicate a decrease from peak launch rates.
In light of this, Santiment analysts have highlighted the top altcoins that developers concentrated on over the last 30 days, along with their respective developer scores:
- Left (LEFT) – 145
- PythNetwork (PYTH) – 61
- Helium (IOT) – 55
- Helium Mobile (MOBILE) – 55
- Wormhole (W) – 49
- Drift (DRIFT) – 46
- Neon (NEON) – 42
- Metaplex (MPLX) – 33
- Swarms (SWARMS) – 28
- Orca (ORCA) – 21
The list shows that SOL remains the leader, with PYTH in second place, both maintaining their positions from the previous month. Notably, Wormhole dropped from third place, while the Helium ecosystem saw an uptick in developer activity.
