Robinhood’s Crypto Revenues Projected for Rapid Growth

Robinhood’s crypto revenues are expected to grow rapidly, with trading volume anticipated to triple by 2026, according to a new report by Bernstein.

Bernstein Says Robinhood’s Crypto Trading Volume Will Triple by 2026 as Market Rally Continues

This bullish forecast follows the company’s strong earnings report, which prompted Bernstein analysts to nearly double their price target for Robinhood stock to $105 per share.

Bernstein believes that the ongoing crypto bull market—driven by the rise of stablecoins and tokenized securities—will continue into 2026, providing significant support for Robinhood’s business.

Currently, crypto trading accounts for 40% of Robinhood’s total trading revenue, while non-crypto trading (stocks, options, and other assets) makes up the remaining 60%.

Bernstein predicts a shift in this balance within the next two years, with crypto becoming Robinhood’s primary revenue source.

To become a major entry point into the digital asset space for retail traders, Robinhood has been gradually enhancing its crypto-focused offerings.

> “We want to be kind of an on-ramp into the crypto world,” Johann Kerbrat, general manager of Robinhood’s crypto division, stated in an interview last December.

Bernstein’s optimistic view aligns with a January report from Morgan Stanley, which suggested that a more favorable U.S. regulatory environment would enable Robinhood to engage more aggressively in the crypto sector, thus unlocking greater revenue potential.

Despite the increased dependence on crypto, Bernstein analysts maintain that Robinhood’s diversified offerings will help mitigate risks associated with the notorious volatility of cryptocurrencies.

By expanding access to tokenized assets and stablecoins, the company positions itself to navigate market fluctuations while benefiting from long-term crypto adoption trends.
