Pi Network Mainnet Launch Scheduled for February 20
Pi Network’s mainnet is set to launch on February 20, with major exchanges like OKX and Bitget ready to list its native token.
Exchanges Offering Pi Network Airdrop
Anticipation for the Pi Network is very high, boasting over 3.8 million followers on X (formerly Twitter), surpassing major networks like Ethereum and Solana.
Despite previous delays and allegations of scams, the PI token is finally launching on February 20, with several centralized exchanges listing the token, including OKX, Bitget, Bitrue, HTX, and BitMart.
> “One day left before Open Network’s launch at 8:00 AM UTC on February 20, 2025. The transition to Open Network will enable external connectivity on the Mainnet blockchain, allowing Pi to interface with other compliant networks and systems,” the project announced on X.
Bitget has introduced a $60,000 PI airdrop pool for eligible users, running until March 3. Users on Bitget can earn varying amounts of PI coins based on their engagement and trading activities.
BitMart is offering a $3,000 USDT giveaway, with 300 users set to receive a portion of that reward. Currently, these are the only verified airdrop opportunities for PI Network. Beware of scammers exploiting the hype around PI on social media, and only engage with verified platforms.
Tier-1 exchanges like Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken have yet to list the token, with Binance holding a community vote on PI Network listing closing on February 27.
The price of Pi Network’s IoU (I owe You) token has dropped over 50% ahead of the mainnet launch, with exchanges like HTX delisting the IoU token.
