(Reuters) – Tapestry (NYSE:TPR) abandoned its $8.5 billion bid for Michael Kors owner Capri after a judge blocked it following a lawsuit by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), marking the latest regulatory squeeze under the Biden administration.
