Morocco Stock Market Update
Investing.com – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Distributors, Mining, and Utilities sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares declined 0.28%.

The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were:

– Cartier Saada (CSE:CRS): up 4.81% or 1.56 points to end at 33.98.
– Med Paper (CSE:MDP): up 2.84% or 0.57 points to 20.67 in late trade.
Worst Performers
The worst performers of the session were:
– Miniere Touissit (CSE:CMT): down 3.27% or 52.00 points to trade at 1,540.00.
– CFG Bank SA (CSE:CFG): down 3.00% or 6.00 points to end at 194.00.
– Marocaine pour le Commerce et l’Industrie Banque SA (CSE:BCI): down 2.56% or 15.00 points to 570.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 25 to 20 with 9 ending unchanged.
Shares in Maghreb Oxygene (CSE:MOX) rose to 52-week highs, gaining 6.67% or 15.00 to 240.00.
Commodities Update
- Crude Oil for December delivery was up 0.96% or 0.65 to $68.69 a barrel.
- Brent Oil for delivery in January rose 0.90% or 0.65 to hit $72.48 a barrel.
- The December Gold Futures contract fell 0.08% or 2.10 to trade at $2,615.60 a troy ounce.
Currency Update
- EUR/MAD was down 0.42% to 10.54.
- USD/MAD unchanged 0.03% to 9.93.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.39% at 105.87.
