Netherlands Stock Market Overview

Investing.com – Netherlands stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, with losses in the Real Estate, Oil & Gas, and Telecoms sectors leading shares lower.

At the close in Amsterdam, the AEX fell 0.24%.

Worst Performers

The worst performers of the session included:
Heineken (AS:HEIN): fell 1.41%, or 1.12 points, to trade at 78.52.
DSM Firmenich AG (AS:DSFIR): declined 1.09%, or 1.25 points, to end at 113.40.
Universal Music Group NV (AS:UMG): down 1.01%, or 0.24 points, to 23.62.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange by 68 to 34, with 8 ending unchanged.

The AEX Volatility, which measures the implied volatility of AEX options, was unchanged at 21.09.

Commodities Overview

  • Brent oil for January delivery fell 0.46%, or 0.33, to $70.67 a barrel.
