Saudi Arabia Stock Market Update

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Insurance, Transport, and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.13%.

Best Performers

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were:
Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:4230): up 8.32% (5.40 points) to trade at 70.30 at the close.
Zamil Industrial Investment Co (TADAWUL:2240): up 5.59% (1.45 points) to end at 27.40.
Arabian Contracting Services Company CJSC (TADAWUL:4071): up 4.33% (7.40 points) to 178.40 in late trade.

Worst Performers

The worst performers of the session were:
Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130): down 7.69% (0.02 points) to 0.24 at the close.
Saudi Manpower Solutions Co (TADAWUL:1834): down 3.03% (0.26 points) to 8.31.
Nama Chemicals Co. (TADAWUL:2210): down 3.02% (0.80 points) to 25.70.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 146 to 137, with 33 ending unchanged.

Shares in Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:4230) rose to 5-year highs, increasing 8.32% (5.40) to 70.30.

Commodities and Exchange Rates

Crude oil for December delivery was down 6.27% (4.50) to $67.28 a barrel. In commodities trading:
– Brent oil for January fell 5.90% (4.46) to $71.17 a barrel.
– December Gold Futures declined 0.33% (9.20) to trade at $2,745.40 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was up 0.15% to 4.06, while USD/SAR was unchanged at 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.06% at 104.07.
